ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The scientific committee welcomes the submission of free communications. All abstracts will be screened and selected papers will be invited for oral communication. Rest of the submissions will be displayed at e-Poster panels situated at level 3A and 4.
The deadline for submission of abstract is 15th September 2019. Late submission will not be considered for presentation. Only abstracts from participants who have registered and paid their registration fees will be considered.
Abstract submission is to be done online at the congress website. For submission, instructions as well as guidelines, please log on to www.ascomos2019.com/abstract.
Abstract may only be submitted using the electronic abstract submission system and meet the following criteria:
- The abstract must not exceed 300 words.
- The abstract must be written in English, explained abbreviations may be
- No table and illustrations allowed.
- All abstracts except case reports must follow required structures:
- Introduction Materials & Method
- Results Discussion or interpretation
- Conclusions References
Successful submitters will be communicated through email regarding instructions on how to upload their e-posters for presentation after 15th September 2019. Your e-poster should be prepared using power point poster template. The content of the presentation should be of a single slide for display and 10 slides for evaluation by reviewers. E-posters of different dimensions may be skewed/ stretched/ truncated when displayed at the monitors at Annual Scientific Congress unless they conform the template.
